WS Turtle is an inexpensive cotton velvet look velour. It has a jacquard velvet look although it is knitted. The two tone, smooth, soft, dull cotton like velvet velour gives it a very luxurious and expensive look. The name turtle describes it well.It has a multitude of uses. In the footwear industry in particular it can be successfully used for casual shoes, slippers, accessories and bindings etc.
